My Personal Experience
I love my job! The learning curve is steep, there is no doubt about that, but helping people solve problems and explaining how their systems work is my favorite part. I’ve met maintenance staff that have been running water tests the same way for 20 years and had no idea why they test or what it even means. Simplicity and transparency are keys to becoming a trusted industrial water treatment professional.
My day-to-day and week-to-week have similarities but vary quite a bit. I visit customers regularly to make sure the water treatment is being applied properly. I also spend my time in meetings with new clients, vendors, tradeshows and conferences, and with the rest of the staff from Watertech! Our group is top notch with many different backgrounds, with one goal – to serve our customer’s needs.
