Onsite Analysis
As leaders of innovative water management, Watertech is constantly
looking for new ways to automate and improve water testing. Consistent water
testing is key to improving the efficiency and life of your equipment.
Watertech technicians conduct testing and analysis at every scheduled
visit. They customize and post a control chart outlining the parameters for
required tests, the appropriate range for results, and corrective actions to
take if a result is out of range. These parameters are in place to prevent
catastrophic failures, as well as reduce the effects of scaling, corrosion,
pitting, microbiological contamination, and poor heat transfer.
The three most important water tests are for:
- Conductivity
- Total hardness
- Chemical residuals
Operating within set water quality parameters protects your investment
and ensures your water treatment program is running as efficiently and safely,
as possible. You will avoid system failures and down times, your equipment will
last longer, and you will minimize water, energy, and chemical use.
