Q. Before working at Watertech, what was the most unusual or interesting job you’ve ever had?
A. I worked for a vet taking care of animals and the farm. I built fences, painted barns and the best part was I buried dead animals in hand dug holes. A horse was my favorite.
Q. What drew you to Watertech originally? And how has Watertech changed since?
A. The people who run it. It hasn’t.
Q. What is on your wish list for the next 10 years with Watertech?
A. Become the most sought-after water treatment company, both for employment and as a supplier.
Q. What would you do for a career if you weren’t doing this?
A. Be a writer for sitcoms.
Q. Any favorite line from a movie?
A. “So your saying there’s a chance?” Dumb & Dumber
Q. Any random facts you could share with us?
A. I was run over by a tow truck in the 6th grade while wearing skis. Nothing broke – not even the skis!
Q. Describe what you were like at age 10.
A. Just like now but shorter with more hair.
Q. Favorite travel spot?
A. Lake Tahoe – home away from home.
Q. If Hollywood made a movie about your life, who would you like to see cast as you?
A. Matt Damen
Q. If you could do another job for just one day, what would it be?
A. A race car driver.
Q. If you were stuck on an island what three things would you bring?
A. One pitcher of Bahama Mammas, a helicopter, a helicopter flight manual.

A. Be Honest – Always.
Q. Tell us a little bit about your family.
A. 1 Beautiful wife of 20 years, 2 awesome boys 15 & 17, 1 hilarious dog.
Q. Tell us something about yourself that would surprise us.
A. I sell chemicals for a living and only took one high school chemistry class!
Q. Top three life highlights?
A. Being born – never forget that one. Getting married – thought she would never say yes. Having children – who knew I would be good at that?
Q. What advice would you give to recent new hires?
A. To be successful, listen to Jeff, then do the opposite. Seriously, be yourself, be honest, work hard.
Q. What are three career lessons you’ve learned thus far?
A. Success never comes easy.Everyone is human, some people are actually nice, some aren’t.The customer isn’t always right, telling them is the hard part.
Q. What aspect of your role do you enjoy the most?
A. Helping others succeed.
Q. What book did you read last?
A. Death in Chicago – Winter. Written by the Priest who married me.
Q. What do you always want to try and never did?
A. Flying a plane.
Q. What do you like to do in your spare time?
A. Golf, ski, boat, work out, travel, drive my wife nuts.
Q. What is on your bucket list?
A. Drive on a race track, go to Italy, retire somewhere warm.
Q. What is the first thing you would buy if you won the lottery?
A. Range Rover Sport V8 – Red w/ black top and red interior.
Q. What music is on your iPhone/Android phone?
A. Mostly country, but I mix it up w/ hip hop, hard rock, 80’s and rap.

A. Spiders and water at night.
Q. What is the one thing, you can’t live without?
A. Water, duh.
