We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.


  • Generating quotes
  • Entering orders
  • Answering other questions and customer inquiries
  • Team Player
  • Receiving equipment for projects and staging for delivery or installation
  • Creating equipment manual binders for projects
  • Administration of our cellular-connected accounts
  • Assisting with the management of our online tools, WTeService and blueVUE
  • Tracking service requests and ensuring proper response
  • General administrative support for the applications team
  • Other tasks and willingness to help as needed


  • 2-5 years of experience in a Customer Service role
  • 3+ years of data entry experience
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Able to meet deadlines
  • Effective communication skills
  • Enjoy being part of a team environment
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Able to manage multiple tasks, simultaneously
