Making Spirits Bright!
Children’s Wisconsin - Community Services provides resources and support to Wisconsin’s most at-risk children through child advocacy, counseling, foster care, family resources, and other initiatives. Each year they collect toys to distribute to foster care families to help lighten the load and make the holiday season a little brighter.
Watertech of America, Inc.’s Kyle Pachowitz heard this organization was experiencing lower donations this year and wanted to find a way to help. We began by collecting toys and donations from employees; but Watertech’s President, Joe Russell, felt we could do more. He asked Target to pre-sort and stage items that were most needed, gathered our team and headed over with the company van. The team was able to purchase toys and outerwear and deliver them directly to Children’s Hospital warehouse.
Among the greatest gifts we can wish for at Christmas, or any time, are the gifts of health and happiness. Thank you to Melissa Ohr and the team at Children’s Wisconsin – Community Services for helping to make the kids in our state among the healthiest in the nation. Thank you for allowing Watertech of America, Inc. to share in your efforts this season to help care for our community's kids and spread cheer!
