Watertech U

 

We’ve built a state-of-the-art training facility to bring customers, strategic partners, community business leaders, and students together for educational and collaborative workshops on water management. 

Watertech U hosts monthly training sessions on a wide range of topics to include water chemistry, mechanical system operation and maintenance and best practices in commercial and industrial water treatment. Watertech U partners with the UWM School of Freshwater Sciences and The Water Council to introduce cutting edge technologies aimed at solving regional, national, and global water issues. We serve as southeastern Wisconsin’s go-to industry resource for informational updates on current events, regulations, and recommended improvements.

Cooling System Best Practices

Join us for an afternoon as we discuss topics related to environmental health and safety, water management, and cooling start-up. Some of the focuses will include proper chemical handling, direct discharge permitting, maximizing fuel, water, and chemical efficiency in your heating and cooling systems, and how to get your cooling tower ready for the summer season.

Boot Camp I & II

Boot Camp I

Boot Camp Level I is a four hour training course that covers the basic principles necessary to operate an industrial water treatment system.

Boot Camp II

Be the master of your chiller plant and boiler with Boot Camp II training! In this four hour session, you will improve your skills and knowledge to assure that you are keeping your water treatment program running as efficient, smooth, and safe as possible!
